I have finally completed my anti-marketing poster. I photoshopped various logos behind an unkown man on a target to represent how marketers spy on our behavior and customs to sell their products. The man represents a souless stereotype of a specific target audience. Work in progress. There are famous singers and actresses who are known to dress the best - and a few models who have already made it to the top. I think that the models and actresses are the ones who push the new trends that the marketers hand them. If we see someone that we like as an actress or singer in a really nice outfit, we’re going to be like “oh, that’s cute. that looks good on her.” And ultimately we will think it’ll look good on us too. My poster is about The Marketers- spies or thieves? Are they simply spying on the teen nation to capture what we are like or to simply steal our style? Tom Cruise or Robinhood? Or both? I made it because I’ve seen alot of pictures on the internet that interested me, like collages - also graphic designing is really fun, haha. It took a few minutes to come up with an idea, but when i started on it it was cool. It says that the ’stars’ project the new fashions that the marketers originally get from us.

well today i got here just in time. we kept working on our projects today and started with my tweety poster (it looks so fabulous lol) and i started on my mickey mouse poster which is comin iut pretty good actually. oh yeea and melissa and her group wrre makin a video bout nike shoes and guess wat i had my nikes on today so i let them borrow them… they were makin my shoes talk and jalene started singin well a lil theme somg for the video which was so funny. i had alot of fun today and im gonna miss our last class i was gettin used to comin here it diesnt even remind me of skool and then again its a class thats wha i like it doesnt feel nothin like school at all

I went online and found some pictures. Then I went to photo shop and combied the to make a completely different one. it looks nice. Its on my poster, which will be on my bog soon… Its going to be so exciting!!!

well today i was pretty much early i got her like at nine thirty (first time eva)
we kept on workin wit our projects and im hepin with the shirt and posters so its pretty koo.
first i was workin with nick john n keith helpin out with the shirt. we finalky deided to put a stick man figure with a target in the center and with wirds sayin “you are the target” so then we put instead of the target on the figure we put the figure on the target i know sounds pretty weird well let me explain …instead of the target on the man we put the target as the background and then the man on the front of the target. it was pretty much by mistake though john was just playin around with the stick fgure and then he thought bout putting him on the front so yea nce he was doin that i helped keith with his poster… he had orgotten so many brand i was like wat is wrong with you boy lol so i took the liberty to help him add more logos and stuff like that lol it wa pretty koo today cant wait wat happens tomorow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today i made an awsome poster. I’ll probably start on a new one tomrrow. This has been pretty fun. i got ot try out photoshop. I’ll be using that more often.
