Well so far its been going good . I have learned many things about how teens are forming america its like everything out there in the world is made for teens. Many teen are starting there own trends and other people are copying it and thats wat peoplerputtin out there for others to buy.

this is probably gonna be pretty funny because of the fact that when i left marwen with my camera i felt so excited to take some fottage of either strangers or my friends and when it came down to that moment it felt pretty awkawrd . (lol) well how should i start it well when i left marwen i pretty much told my mom on the way home in the train since we had a good thrity or forty minutes till we got home. Once we did i pretty much was havin an awfully humid day, i was basically in a cranky mood all day till i left my house to tae some footage of people like around 6 or 7 not sure. i left and walked to my cousins house and thought i would have been able to record her and guess she was too shy for the camera. i left then to my friends house yasmin to record either her or her lil bro fabian. once i got there she too was shy so i ended up recording her lil bro. one i was gonna start recording i thought it was gonna be pretty easy since iv known him for pretty long time i ended up feelin pretty awkward after i told him it was gonna be for a class i was taking here at marwen . i guess he felt he had to be pretty well just firm and posotive about his answers and how he was gonn act in front of the camera since it was for my class . i dont blame him i would have been the same too. while i was takin it i felt like cracking up he kept moving back and forth and he made it pretty obvious eh was nervous ! i realy wanna improve how i take my footage and to try to make it more casual and that they can act their normal sily selves but who knows what ill happen

what we did today was ok. i did not think that there was alot of things that kids wore so much stuff.i really dont even think that we got all the stuff they do wear. but not all kids wear thhe same stuff. as we list that only one type of style of what a “cool kid” is.there are alot. they we did not even list

Becoming a Culture Spy…

So…. yesterday we began talking about what exactly is a culture spy. its is someone who goes out and tries to get as much information as they can from their peers. So they began observing these people, from what they are wearing, talking about, and what surrounds them, what surrounds their lifes’. So i went out and interview some of my friends, and i learn a little more about them. it was a fun experience! I’m totally looking forward to continue this research.

It’s fun so far 
I just don’t like waking up at 7 AM to get dress and leave, I want my sleep. I didn’t get to record one of my friends, I didn’t have time. >.> And most of them are off on vacation so go figure. As soon as I got home I went to sleep for three hours. So of course I didn’t get any sleep last night either. Oh well. But, teen style is confusing. I’d rather go with what I like to wear and what makes me comfortable than “what’s new“. Though, I didn’t really know that people go and spy on teens - kind of weird. But it explains how they come up with the type of clothes we like - even if they are way overpriced. The camcorder that I get to use is cute though. I wonder where you could buy them from. lol I really want to get out of class and go to McDonalds. I know that’s really bad, but whatever.

Yesterday we had some practice with the video camras and learned how to tape and ask people questions about themselves….
Today we listed what type of thing people wear,make and styles. And cataloged our recordings.

Well this program has gone very well do far, it is a very FUN class to be in. With the few interviews that I did I already feel that this class is going to be fun. I didn’t know that people would actually coaporate to these interviews but they did and i think that would be much easier gfor one to inteview people. Well its just been a few days that we started but it seems very fun!!!!:)
